Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage administrative activities relating to client onboarding projects.
- Collect, consolidate, process, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the successful implementation of client onboarding initiatives within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address potential issues or delays.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the client experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.
- Assist with additional project-related and administrative duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
