Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage administrative activities relating to client onboarding projects.
  • Collect, consolidate, process, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the successful implementation of client onboarding initiatives within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively address potential issues or delays.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.
  • Assist with additional project-related and administrative duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
