Key Responsibilities

• System Development: Designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the OnBase platform to support document management, workflow automation, and other business process requirements.
• Customization & Configuration: Configuring OnBase modules, including document types, keyword fields, forms, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs.
• Integration: Integrating OnBase with other systems such as .NET, CRM, and other enterprise systems through APIs, web services, and data connectors.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to OnBase applications, workflows, and integrations, while providing end‑user support.
• Documentation: Creating system design documents, configuration guides, and deployment guides to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date technical documentation.
