On the Job Trainer

Toromont Cat is looking for an On the Job Trainer to join our team in Sudbury! The on the job trainer is responsible to provide on-the-floor technical instruction to our apprentices and junior technicians, as well as supervise all aspects of the shop process to assure safety, quality, and efficiency.
