Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to Windows workstations, laptops, and mobile devices Diagnose and remediate Microsoft 365 issues including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Support user account management in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (password resets, MFA, account unlocks) Identify and resolve network connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, basic DNS/connectivity troubleshooting) Perform standard break/fix support for hardware and software issues Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams with proper documentation and troubleshooting steps Deliver clear, pro...
