About the role

We are seeking a dynamic On‑site Technician to support the IT Connect Bar with level 1 and 2 support. Responsibilities include incident resolution & request fulfilment, device support for all managed devices & hardware under warranty, device drop‑off/collection point for Device Lifecycle Services, swap out loan devices and general IT queries for our customers. The role is based on‑site at a customer office.
