Responsibilities

  • Execute on-site hardware installations, upgrades, and cable management, while collaborating with remote teams for problem resolution.
  • Diagnose and rectify connectivity, software, and server issues, ensuring all actions, including diagnostics and solutions, are thoroughly documented.
  • Offer support to end-users for peripherals, while adhering to safety protocols and managing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
