Boyd in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Sourcing Engineer to oversee the supply base for essential components in our Cooling Distribution Units. The chosen candidate will lead sourcing for power management products, localize assembly processes, and manage critical sensor integration.

With a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 6 years of experience, the ideal candidate will drive significant cost savings and improve product resilience through strategic sourcing and localization efforts. The role is primarily onsite in our Juarez facility.
