Job Summary

Responsible for daily execution of our service commitment and identifying customer needs, and outlining specific goals to meet those needs.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and execute timely set‑up of new customers in the program environment, following up on backorders and pre‑packing products.
  • Maintain a current and accurate base of product knowledge and apply that knowledge when servicing customers.
  • Serve as the point of contact for escalating issues or activities that the customer encounters during product implementation, and expedite resolution of customer complaints.
  • Maintain itinerary/site visit log, track visits/services, identify patterns, and review weekly with manager to discuss metrics and deliverables.
