Become an On Site Service Expert with White Cap, located in Nanaimo, British Columbia. Drive customer satisfaction while ensuring services are efficiently delivered and organized.

This role requires you to execute daily service commitments and articulate customer needs accurately. You'll work closely with management to track service metrics and ensure product knowledge is up-to-date. You'll also manage customer interactions, promoting the company’s offerings to enhance brand loyalty and optimize service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute setup processes for new customers
• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly
• Maintain an active log of site visit activities
• Promote product lines and assist in marketing efforts
• Support customer organization on-site
