On-Site Representative

Role Overview

As a Reefer Technician / On-Site Representative, you are responsible for facilitating the pickup and delivery of cargoes, coordinating with customers, operations teams, CIC, and pier coordinators to ensure timely movement of cargo. You maintain technical efficiency of equipment, implement on-site operational processes, and provide technical and operational support to internal and external customers. Additionally, you manage the processing of shipping documents, including permits, billing attachments, and PODs.

What You’ll Do (your Mission)

• Conduct PTI inspection of equipment before pickup/delivery and perform onsite maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and sanitation to ensure containers are ready for use.
• Coordinate with customers/warehouses for timing and sequence of loading and unloading.
• Facilitate loading/unloading, ensuring compliance with stowage, loading sequence, and container capacity.
