We are looking for an Office Manager to optimize our administrative processes on-site. You will lead the implementation of new procedures and delegate tasks to staff effectively.
As an Office Manager with a 2-3 year background, you will oversee a variety of administrative functions, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all policies. Your leadership will facilitate smooth operations and enhance overall productivity at the office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delegate work to office support staff
• Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed
• Coordinate office services including maintenance and supplies
• Assemble data for reports and manuals
• Oversee payroll administration and budgeting
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of office management experience
• Required education is College/CEGEP
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
• Google Drive familiarity is beneficial
• Strong conflict resolution and training skills
