Ultimate.ai is looking for a Learning & Development Trainee in Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing training strategies and support various administrative tasks related to learning and development.

This role requires current students in relevant fields such as Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, along with strong interpersonal skills and an intermediate level of English.

The position will be full-time on-site with a contract duration of 6 months to 1 year, starting in February 2026.
