TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or for dispatch activities. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, hardware troubleshooting, and quick responses to IT incidents.

The role covers IMAC tasks, printer and AV support, Office 365 issues, and VIP end-user service, with SLA adherence and knowledge-base documentation as part of daily duties.
