Job Description

New Era Technology Inc. is seeking an on-site IT helpdesk professional in East Auckland to be the first point of contact for IT-related issues within the education sector. You will interact face-to-face with users, manage a ticketing queue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.

Travel between sites is required. Ideal candidates are eligible to work in New Zealand, hold a NZ driver's license, and can communicate clearly with non-technical users.
