Job Description

The Onsite IT Helpdesk is responsible for maintaining and repairing systems and networks. They utilize their technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and as well as will become the single point of contact and first-level technical information system support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user onboarding/ offboarding requests, including account deactivation and data transfer as needed.
  • Build and set up workstations and laptops, ensuring that devices are configured according to company standards as needed.
  • Inventory Management- asset tracking and will work with HR to ensure data accuracy
  • Point of Contact for onboarding and offboarding end users to Door Access System and all Wing related systems
  • Responsible for Mobile Device Management (MDM) Installation & Device tracking of Bring your own Devices (BYODs) as necessary.
