TECEZE is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill or Freelancer) to provide on-site assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable in Rotorua. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, imaging, and AV support for meeting rooms, with strong focus on VIP end-user care.

The role requires handling incidents, maintaining inventory, and liaising with vendors for repairs. Working knowledge of Office 365 and Windows/Mac environments is essential.
