MatchaTalent is hiring an HR Manager for our Pangasinan operation. You will lead all HR functions, drive talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and organizational development while ensuring full compliance with Philippine labor laws.

As a strategic partner to site leadership, you will manage recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, and compliance across multiple locations, with occasional travel to external sites and government partners.
