Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Organization:
Provide key input for developing short, medium, and long-term strategies within the Risk function.
Assist in the review and development of incident management policies and standards to strengthen risk management practices.
2. Incident Management Activities:
Validate operational and technology risk incidents, reviewing incident details and verifying accuracy.
Analyze root causes of incidents and work with relevant teams for investigation and resolution.
Support incident investigations by participating in briefings and war rooms when necessary.
