On-Call Technical Support (Field & Remote – NCR)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Test device compatibility for prospect and existing clients
  • Assist clients in system wizard installation and setup
  • Provide onsite technical support within NCR when required
  • Coordinate with internal support team for updates and escalation
  • Ensure proper documentation of issues encountered during deployment

Work Arrangement

  • On-call / per assignment basis
  • Combination of remote and onsite work
  • No fixed daily schedule (depends on client needs)

Compensation Package (NCR Standard Field Support Rate)

  • Hourly Rate ₱120 – ₱180 per hour, based on experience and technical skill level
