Job Responsibilities
- Test device compatibility for prospect and existing clients
- Assist clients in system wizard installation and setup
- Provide onsite technical support within NCR when required
- Coordinate with internal support team for updates and escalation
- Ensure proper documentation of issues encountered during deployment
Work Arrangement
- On-call / per assignment basis
- Combination of remote and onsite work
- No fixed daily schedule (depends on client needs)
Compensation Package (NCR Standard Field Support Rate)
- Hourly Rate ₱120 – ₱180 per hour, based on experience and technical skill level
