**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Per Diem Night On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse** (RN), you will help bring compassionate care, treatment, and support directly to the homes of hospice patients and their families, so the family can care for their seriously and life-threatened loved one at home, especially when facing a prognosis of six months or less.
Every day, you will deliver direct patient care and expertly coordinate with a diverse team, including physicians, nurses, social workers, counselors (including dietary), chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers. You will 'll be expected to meet discipline-specific productivity standards, demonstrate clinical competency through observation, and ensure strict compliance with all agency, state, and federal regulations.
