Become an integral part of Metro Compactor Service as a Customer Service Advisor. This office-based position combines direct customer interaction with on-call responsibilities to provide seamless service across Canada.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating technician dispatches, and ensuring all service documentation is completed with accuracy. As part of a dedicated team, you will deliver Super Service by effectively communicating with clients and handling service requests in a timely manner, including weekend support approximately once every six weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries and requests efficiently
• Dispatch service technicians for local calls
• Maintain documentation such as invoices and compliance certificates
• Log service requests into the company CRM
