Key Responsibilities
Incident & Problem Management
- Resolve L2/L3 escalated issues related to Omada IAM.
- Troubleshoot problems related to:
- User provisioning & de-provisioning
- Access requests & approvals
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- Authentication & authorization issues (SSO, MFA)
- Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities.
System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Monitor Omada IAM platform health and system logs.
- Perform routine system checks, patches, and upgrades.
- Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance.
User & Access Management
- Support identity lifecycle processes:
- Role assignments
- Access certifications
