Key Responsibilities

Incident & Problem Management

  • Resolve L2/L3 escalated issues related to Omada IAM.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to:
  • User provisioning & de-provisioning
  • Access requests & approvals
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Authentication & authorization issues (SSO, MFA)
  • Perform root cause analysis and support problem management activities.

System Monitoring & Maintenance

  • Monitor Omada IAM platform health and system logs.
  • Perform routine system checks, patches, and upgrades.
  • Ensure platform stability, availability, and performance.

User & Access Management

  • Support identity lifecycle processes:
  • Role assignments
  • Access certifications
