About the Role:


We are currently looking for a Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Site Technician to join our Commissioning, Operations and Maintenance team in 24-month fixed term and full-time opportunity based on our Solar & Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects located in Quron Park and Jemalong in New South Wales.

As a O&M Site Technician, you’ll carry out day‑to‑day operations and maintenance activities across multiple solar farm sites. You’ll be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, fault response, and supporting the ongoing performance and availability of our assets.

Your work will directly contribute to maximising solar farm output while ensuring the safety, reliability, and operational excellence of our sites.
