O&m operation and maintenance vice manager

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate/MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing renewable energy plants, preferably in inind energy sectors, with experience of wind turbine in-house maintenance management
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and cost control.

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of wind and solar power generation systems.
• Familiarity with plant monitoring and management software.
• Knowledge of regulatory and environmental standards applicable to the renewable energy sector.
