Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor the execution of maintenance plans (preventive, predictive and corrective), ensuring adherence to the timetable and efficient backlog management.
- Manage the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring quality of information and traceability of activities.
- Support the technical team in decision-making through data analysis, activity prioritization and planning of scheduled and emergency interventions.
- Develop, maintain and monitor dashboards and operational indicators (KPIs), ensuring data reliability and integrity.
- Prepare periodic technical reports (daily, weekly and monthly) with critical analysis of maintenance performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) and propose corrective and preventive actions aimed at increasing reliability and reducing failures.
