Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment and onboarding for community support staff
• Ensure training on care plans and operational compliance
• Manage daily staffing oversight and conflict resolution
• Engage in risk assessments and health standards maintenance
• Collaborate for effective service reporting
Requirements:
• Degree in social sciences or related discipline
• Minimum of four years management experience
