MPH in Dubai seeks a senior civil/site engineer to plan, design and supervise oil & gas civil works on a major project. You will coordinate with disciplines, manage cost and schedule, review drawings and BOQs, and ensure compliance with API/ASME/ISO standards.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in site development, structural design, geotechnical assessment, pipeline works, and HSE-compliant delivery in heavy industrial environments.
