Machine Operator – Thread Grinding (Oil-Based Machines)

$20–$22/hr to Start | Temp-to-Hire

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Typically 1 hour of overtime (starting 1 hour early)

  • Occasional Saturdays as needed

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate oil-based thread grinding machines

  • Grind threads to precise specifications and tolerances

  • Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments

  • Use measuring tools to verify part dimensions

  • Maintain quality standards throughout production runs

  • Perform minor machine maintenance and report mechanical issues

  • Keep work area clean and organized
