Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the assigned facility/site/unit and ensure smooth functioning.
• Implement company policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Monitor daily productivity, quality, and cost efficiency metrics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, maintenance, HR, and finance.
• Lead and supervise staff including workforce planning, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regional or central management.
• Resolve operational challenges and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure proper upkeep of infrastructure, machinery, and other assets.
• Represent the unit in audits, inspections, or meetings with authorities or clients.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or other methodologies.
