Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking a Offshore Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant who is responsible in supporting Oracle HCM and Performance Management activities, including system analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, workflow support, documentation, UAT coordination, and production support. The role requires close coordination with HR users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth Oracle HCM operations and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements related to Oracle HCM and Performance Management. Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HCM modules. Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Performance Management processes. Support workflow configurations, approvals, notifications, and related integrations.
