Combuzz HR Solutions seeks a proactive Crewing Coordinator to provide day-to-day offshore personnel support for DP vessels, barges, and projects in Abu Dhabi. You will manage mobilization/demobilization, maintain certification records, coordinate crew changes, and ensure compliance with HSE/IMCA standards.

Strong English communication, data analysis, and MS Office skills are essential. You will liaise with DOM, Project Managers, and payroll to deliver efficient crewing operations and cost
