Job Description

Reporting to Manager - Product Development, this position is responsible for supporting New Product Release by applying appropriate Goodyear standards and procedures to solve problems. The incumbent understands and can apply standard tools to improve customer satisfaction and Product/process capability.

What You'll Do:

  • Utilize and apply understanding of suppliers and Customer requirements (internal and external) relevant to specific New Product lines.
  • Control and analysis whole plant for reduction in Cured and Green tire defects for new tires being released
  • Coach, teach and direct the application of technical solutions to meet product and process requirements. Viewed as a technical content expert.
  • Lead and coordinate product and process improvements within relevant quality guidelines and standards using appropriate quality engineering tools.
