Ensure adherence to SOPs, systems, and reporting mechanisms across plant operations. Track S&OP compliance and highlight variances in dispatch volume, segment mix, and interstate movement. Analyze logistics cost drivers and provide actionable inputs for cost optimization. Monitor Customer Service Level (CSL) at order level and drive continuous service improvement.
