About the role

The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to end users of Thiess’s Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Maintain data integrity, troubleshoot system issues, and uphold compliance with industry-specific learning standards and safety regulations. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and user engagement to enhance overall learning effectiveness.


In this role, you will:

  • Assist in users experiencing issues such as login, course access difficulties or user management.

  • Configure of locations, positions, and teams for new projects

  • Diagnose and resolve issues like content loading errors, broken links, or system performance problems

  • Create additional reporting not available for local training teams to generate.
