  • Customer Relations & Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills in handling customer complaints, cargo claims, and damaged cargoes.
  • Displays a professional demeanor and customer first attitude at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
