Job Description

  • Assess organizational development needs across operational, business, and functional units, and lead the planning and implementation of development strategies.
  • Design and execute tailored programs, policies, and initiatives to improve employee performance, engagement, and leadership capability.
  • Support the implementation of employee development plans and succession planning frameworks to ensure talent continuity.
  • Provide HR advisory and consultative support to employees and leadership on policies, procedures, employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with Pakistan labor laws and align with internal organizational standards.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and reliable reporting.
