Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and follow up on interview availability and required documentation.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction scheduling.
  • Ensure employee personal files are complete, accurate, and up to date.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment support roles.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR software (FlowHCM experience is a strong plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
