We are looking for an experienced and responsible Office Transport Operations Manager to handle all office and administrative operations of our transport company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR and employee records.
  • Handle visa applications and typing work.
  • Process RTA-related tasks.
  • Prepare and send invoices.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Visit clients and develop business relationships.
  • Coordinate transport operations and office activities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day company operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in transport or related office management.
  • Good knowledge of HR work, staff management and recruitment.
  • Experience in UAE visa processing and visa typing.
  • Knowledge of RTA services, vehicle renewals, fines, permits and transport-related procedures.
