Job Description


The Office Technical Assistant will manage all aspects of account administration once business is bound. This includes internal coordination as well as client and carrier-facing tasks such as processing endorsements, issuing binders and invoices, collecting and filing documents, checking policies, and following up on outstanding information.

Location & Schedule

  • Location: On-site in Medellín, Colombia
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • English Level: B2+ / C1

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new business submissions internally.
  • Prepare binders, invoices, and policy delivery letters.
  • Organize and maintain bound policy files.
  • Draft endorsement letters (money and non-money) and handle invoicing.
  • Assist with suspense items and claims requests.
  • Prepare renewal files by obtaining applications and loss runs.
