Job Description
The Office Technical Assistant will manage all aspects of account administration once business is bound. This includes internal coordination as well as client and carrier-facing tasks such as processing endorsements, issuing binders and invoices, collecting and filing documents, checking policies, and following up on outstanding information.
Location & Schedule
- Location: On-site in Medellín, Colombia
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- English Level: B2+ / C1
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business submissions internally.
- Prepare binders, invoices, and policy delivery letters.
- Organize and maintain bound policy files.
- Draft endorsement letters (money and non-money) and handle invoicing.
- Assist with suspense items and claims requests.
- Prepare renewal files by obtaining applications and loss runs.
