Job Description

  • Perform general office clerk duties, such as encoding, recording, photocopying, and filing documents.
  • Assist in handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Record information received as needed.
  • Forward the information to the appropriate or concerned personnel or unit.
  • Assist in receiving clients and visitors as needed.
  • Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Receive physical delivery of goods, equipment, supplies, etc.
  • Lifting boxes of 201 files from stock room.
  • Help monitor inventory of items received in the storage room

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Php800.00 per day
