Job Description
- Perform general office clerk duties, such as encoding, recording, photocopying, and filing documents.
- Assist in handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Record information received as needed.
- Forward the information to the appropriate or concerned personnel or unit.
- Assist in receiving clients and visitors as needed.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Receive physical delivery of goods, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Lifting boxes of 201 files from stock room.
- Help monitor inventory of items received in the storage room
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: Php800.00 per day
