What you will do

Document Preparation: Help prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and arranging refreshments.
Mail and Courier Handling: Sort incoming mail and handle outgoing packages.
