JOB DESCRIPTION
-Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
-Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
-Assist with data entry and maintain databases.
-Maintain and manage confidential records and sensitive information
-Ensure the office environment remains tidy and professional.
-Handle inquiries and provide general assistance to employees and clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
-High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
-Professional demeanor and confidentiality.
