The Company

Our client is a global law firm located in Melbourne CBD.

The Role

Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading office operations for the Melbourne office, including managing one direct report (part-time receptionist)
  • Coordinating office services across Melbourne office and other interstate branches
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of offices and a positive employee experience
  • Overseeing facilities, work health and safety, reception coverage and front-of-house service
  • Managing office budgets, vendors, invoices, catering and supplies
  • Supporting internal and social events across offices
  • Acting as the main point of contact for urgent issues and office incidents
  • Cover front of house responsibilities, when necessary
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties when required
