Job Description
The Office Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, administrative operations, and travel arrangements. The role focuses on cost optimization, timely execution of tasks, and strict adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendors
- Manage sourcing, negotiation, RFQs/RFPs, PO processing, delivery tracking, and vendor records.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals, execution, and budget control.
Administration
- Oversee office operations, facilities, AMCs, utilities, assets, and inventory.
- Ensure policy compliance, documentation, and provide support to HR, IT, and Finance.
