Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Office & Operations Administrator who is comfortable doing both admin work and day-to-day operations management.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that in a small company, leadership is hands-on. You will personally handle admin tasks while having the authority to manage people, prioritize work, and resolve daily operational issues without waiting for constant instructions from the owner.

This is not a corporate management position. It is a practical, ground-level operations role with real responsibility in a stable and established small company .

Key Responsibilities: Note: This role is approximately 60-70% hands-on admin work and 30-40% operations & people coordination.
