Office & Operations Administrator

Location: Cebu Business Park, Cebu City (100% On‑Site) , mostly day with some USA overlap (12pm-9pm with occasional later nights)

Report To: Director of Operations

Compensation: Excellent pay, health coverage, 2 weeks vacation to start, occasional international travel, yearly team trip, 13th month pay.

We are Sugbo Logic Systems , an export‑focused technology company building Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and tolling software for international clients.

We are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and tech‑savvy Operations Administrator to be the heart of our Cebu office. You will not be writing code; you will be ensuring the office runs smoothly so our developers can focus on building software. You will act as the bridge between our local team, our external accountants, and our international clients.
