Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily distribution and delivery of documents, parcels, and supplies.
  • Liaise with courier services for outgoing deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch and receipt logs.
  • Ensure timely and secure delivery of documents to clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Support the administrative team with filing and document tracking.

Maintenance Duties

  • Perform routine inspections of office facilities and equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with JMB and Contractors for repairs, maintenance, and servicing of electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
  • Address and resolve minor repairs (e.g., light bulbs, furniture, leaks) as needed.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Report safety hazards or urgent maintenance needs to immediate supervisor.
