Financial and Administration

  • Oversee failed payments, follow ups, and reconciliations
  • Oversee client billing related queries
  • Assist with basic financial reporting and controls
  • Liaise with finance and external service providers when required

People Management

  • Manage the Admin and Customer Care teams
  • Provide clear direction, task allocation, and daily priorities
