Key Responsibilities:

l Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, maintain office supplies, manage correspondence, and ensure a safe, organized, and professional working environment.

l Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, coordinate invoicing, follow up on client accounts, and liaise with the accounting department/ATO records as needed.

l Supply Chain & Logistics Support: Assist with administrative documentation related to the import, wholesale, and retail distribution of construction glass and hardware.

l HR Support & Compliance: Maintain internal records, coordinate staff schedules for our local and foreign workforce, and support recruitment or onboarding processes.

l Customer Service Coordination: Handle escalated phone calls or emails from wholesale and retail clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction...
